Playing Chase with God reads like it was written by a desert Father but translated into modern English. It's deep, practical, and rich with insight. But it's readable, accessible, personal. Every once in a while, I read a book that impacts me personally to the point I start making a list of people I want to share it with. This book is on my gift list for sure.
